This policy explains how YouFact LLC (“YouFact”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website, youfact.tv. YouFact LLC is the company responsible for this website and for the information described below.

What we collect

This website has no sign-up, no forms and no user accounts, and it does not use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels. We collect personal information only in these cases:

• When you email us. If you write to one of the addresses on this site, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Technical data needed to serve the site. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some profile images from unavatar.io, which likewise receive your IP address when your browser fetches them.

How we use it

We use your emails to reply to you and to discuss, negotiate and carry out brand collaborations. We use technical data only to operate and secure the website. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and our email (such as Cloudflare and Google Workspace), with a brand partner when you ask us to or when it is needed to carry out a collaboration you are part of, or when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is needed for the relationship and for our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@youfact.tv. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
